Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care with warmth and respect (bathing, dressing, feeding).

• Encourage and support residents to maintain their independence.

• Monitor residents’ wellbeing and report changes.

• Engage residents in meaningful activities and offer companionship

Requirements:

• Kind, compassion­ate, and team-oriented individuals.

• Previous experience is desired but not required—full training provided.

• Flexibility for shifts, including weekends.
