Position: Senior Negotiator / Valuer
An exciting opportunity for an experienced estate agent to take the next step in their career and become a trusted member of a growing Nuneaton team. Senior Negotiator / Valuer Nuneaton Full Time, Permanent £28,000 basic salary  commission ( OTE £35,000) Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Negotiator to join their growing Nuneaton team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced estate agent looking for their next step, with the opportunity to become an important and trusted member of the team.

Our client is ideally looking for someone with some valuation experience , although this is not an exclusively valuation-focused position. The successful candidate will work closely with the Branch Manager, assisting with valuations where required and providing management cover during holidays. Most importantly, our client is looking for someone who can hit the ground running , understands estate agency, knows the local market and is prepared to get involved across all aspects of the branch.

The Role The role offers the opportunity to develop your career within a growing independent estate agency, working closely with the Branch Manager and an established sales team. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with property valuations and market appraisals, winning new instructions and helping maximise agreed sales and completions Supporting the Branch Manager with the day-to-day running of the branch and providing management cover during holidays Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion Conducting viewings, dealing with applicants and building strong relationships with vendors, buyers and local contacts Maintaining excellent customer service and professional standards while assisting with branch administration and organisation Thinking creatively about property marketing, generating new business and increasing instructions

The Person Our client is looking for someone who is:
Experienced within residential estate agency, ideally with some previous valuation or listing experience Local to Nuneaton or the surrounding area, with a good understanding of the local property market A confident, professional and commercially minded communicator with strong negotiation skills Creative and confident in property marketing, generating new business and thinking outside the box Organised, adaptable and able to work under pressure, with strong administrative skills A genuine team player who is comfortable taking responsibility, using their initiative and getting involved across the branch Ambitious, motivated to achieve results and keen to become a dependable member of the team You will not be expected to carry out every valuation within the branch.

However, our client would like someone who is comfortable assisting with some valuations and able to provide reliable support and management cover when the Branch Manager is away. Above all, our client wants someone with the right attitude , who takes pride in their work, wants to develop and will become a dependable member of the team.
