This is a varied and hands-on morning role, ideal for someone who enjoys early shifts, working with people, and being part of a close-knit hospitality team.

Responsibilities- Bar setup and preparation for the day
- Lighting fires and opening the restaurant
- Cleaning and maintaining high standards throughout the bar and breakfast areas
- Serving breakfast to our guesthouse guests
- Serving customers from 9:00am when the restaurant opens
- Assisting with setup for any functions taking place that day
- Supporting preparation for lunch service
- Experience making barista-style coffees
- Strong customer service skills and a professional manner
- Organised, and able to work independently during morning service
- Previous hospitality experience is an advantage, but not essential for the right person
