Team Leader

£14.63 per hour & Benefits.

Part-time permanent position, 22.5 hours per week. Availability to cover morning, evening and weekend shifts within 7:00am – 11:00pm, Monday to Sunday. Flexibility to cover all shifts is essential.

• Lead the store team in carrying out store policies, standards and practices in collaboration with the Assistant Manager and/or Store Manager.
• Take responsibility for the store in the absence of other leaders, including keyholder duties.
• Act as a positive role model, embracing the core values:
  Ambition, Customer First, Teamwork and Integrity.
• Train, manage workload and support the team, ensuring resources are used effectively to deliver the best customer experience.
• Assist the Store Manager in maximizing store performance by implementing the store plan and priorities.
• Promote and get involved in initiatives that support the local community.
• Cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Previous store retail experience, with at least 6 months in a supervisory role leading a team in a customer‑focused environment.
• Strong listening, interaction and communication skills to engage customers and team members.
• Target‑driven mindset aimed at achieving business plans and continuous improvement.
