Audit Senior

I am delighted to be working with a well-established accountancy practice in Doncaster in their search for an Audit Senior following a period of continued growth. This is a really exciting time for the business as they continue to go from strength to strength with their client base and demand for their services continuing to expand.

You will work closely with Managers and Directors, taking responsibility for delivering high-quality audit work while also supporting clients across their wider accounts and financial reporting requirements.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced practice accountant who enjoys working closely with clients and is looking for a role where they can take ownership of their work, develop their career and have genuine exposure to a varied portfolio.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Planning and completing audits from start to finish across a varied client portfolio
• Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts
• Working with a range of owner-managed businesses and larger organisations
• Develop strong relationships with clients and acting as a key point of contact
• Identifying issues and providing clients with practical advice and solutions
• Reviewing work completed by more junior members of the team
• Supporting and mentoring junior staff
