Doncaster – Lakeside Office | Agile Working | £40,000 Senior PA
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our client as a high‑level Personal Assistant supporting the Executive Director and wider senior leadership team. This role is offered on a temp‑to‑perm basis.

About the Role
You’ll provide first‑class PA support to the Executive Director, ensuring smooth coordination of diaries, meetings, communication, and people processes. A major upcoming project—finance and legal focused—will require strong coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage complex diaries, appointments, and schedules for senior leaders
* Coordinate meetings, workshops, travel, and internal events
* Support people processes including recruitment, onboarding, development, and performance reviews
* Handle emails, calls, correspondence, and document flow
* Prepare and circulate reports, presentations, and board‑level documents
* Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
* Maintain efficient administrative systems and support meeting agendas/minutes
* Assist with legal documentation processes and tracking
* Welcome and host visitors professionally
* Provide cover for other PAs, including the CEO’s PA when required
Essential for PA level:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior PA role
* Highly organised with excellent time‑management
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills
* Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities
* Confident, proactive, and able to work with minimal direction
* Calm under pressure with the ability to juggle changing priorities
* High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Working Pattern
* 8:30am – 5:00pm
* 4 days per week in the office 1 day at home
* During the first 12‑week probation: 5 days in the office (flexible where needed)
