Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Doncaster for a Business Secretary. The role will involve handling clerical tasks, managing schedules, performing company secretarial duties, providing executive administrative support, and responding to customer inquiries professionally. The candidate will contribute to maintaining organized operations and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications
  • Strong clerical skills, such as organizing documents, managing correspondences, and maintaining records
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Experience with company secretarial work, including preparing reports, meeting minutes, and ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Proficiency in executive administrative assistance, including managing schedules, travel arrangements, and supporting leadership
  • Commitment to excellent customer service and the ability to respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and relevant industry tools
  • Previous experience in administrative or secretarial roles is advantageous
