This pivotal role is designed for a candidate passionate about fostering strong relationships and offering unparalleled support services to both apprentices and employers navigating the complexities of recruitment services.
Working closely with our internal teams, including apprenticeship delivery, student services, registry, teaching, learning, and business support, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our educational and professional community. The heart of this role involves comprehensive apprenticeship recruitment responsibilities, including the management of digital accounts and the meticulous addition of vacancies to the National Apprenticeship Service portal.
You will be the primary
- Liaise with employers and team members to manage apprenticeship vacancies
- Post job adverts on the Digital Apprenticeship Service portal and monitor applications
- Communicate with employers and candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate records in the client management system (CRM)
- Support the Employer Relationship team with general administration and event activities

Essential Criteria- GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above
- Previous experience working in an office environment
- Advanced computer skills, including word processing, databases and spreadsheets
- Strong organisational and record-keeping skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills for handling face-to-face and telephone enquiries
