Ash Hill Academy are looking to appoint a PA and Office Manager to join our academy in September 2026 on a full time, permanent basis.

Your new role

As the PA & Officer Manager, you will provide a comprehensive range of confidential administrative services to the Principal and Senior Leadership Team (SLT), providing an efficient and effective support to the Principal in all aspects of their role, including HR and recruitment support. You will manage the administration team in the academy ensuring an efficient service is provided at all times.

  • Holiday Entitlement: minimum 37 days (subject to pro rata if working part-time and dependent upon salary and continuous service) including statutory Bank Holidays.
