Job title: Receptionist/Administrator

Location: The Flying Scotsman Medical Centre, West Doncaster

Hours: 37.5

Salary: £24,960.00

• Respond to patient queries and liaise with the wider primary care team.
• Manage appointment requests, signpost patients to our range of services, and maintain patient records and confidentiality.
• Email, scan and code clinical correspondence.
• Process prescription requests.
• Utilise other information systems to support efficient workflow processes.

• Reception or customer care experience; excellent communicator both spoken and written.
• Basic PC skills:
  Word, Excel, email.
• Ability to work within processes and procedures, maintaining data security.
• Previous NHS experience welcome but not essential.
