Monday to Friday - 07:30 – 16:30 (Flexible start and finish time, must cover 40 hours)

Our client is a fast-growing scaffolding and access services business supporting major renewable energy projects across the UK.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced and highly organised Help Desk Administrator to join their busy team and play a pivotal role in supporting day-to-day operations.
The RoleThis is a varied and fast-paced position where you will act as a central point of coordination across the business. Working closely with the General Manager and senior management team, you will support office administration, operational planning, customer communications, contractor coordination, and general business support.
This is an office-based position where you'll become an integral part of a growing organisation with genuine opportunities for career progression.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Operations Support
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager and senior leadership team.
- Coordinate meetings, diaries, and business administration activities.
- Support operational planning and scheduling of field teams.
- Assist with customer liaison and resource coordination.
- Produce client reports, presentations, and business documentation.
- Support operational projects and ad-hoc business requirements.
Office Administration
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and incoming enquiries.
- Manage emails, telephone calls, and correspondence efficiently.
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer communications.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Keep digital and physical filing systems organised and up to date.
- Liaise with external suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and effectively.
Finance, HR & Contractor Coordination
- Process purchase orders, expenses, and associated administration.
- Support the onboarding of suppliers and subcontractors.
- Liaise with internal finance teams regarding contractor and supplier requirements.
- Maintain employee records and support HR administration.
- Assist with new starter onboarding and office inductions.
- Coordinate internal communications and company updates.
- Support company events and business initiatives.
We're looking for a proactive and driven individual who thrives in a busy environment and can confidently manage multiple priorities.
- Previous experience in an office administration, operations support, scheduling, or co-ordinator role.
- Experience working with contractors, suppliers, or subcontractors.
- Strong knowledge working with Google Workspace / Google Sheets
- Professional and confident approach when dealing with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative.
- Eager to learn and develop within a growing business.
