Full time Perm position Monday to Friday (This is a fully Onsite-based role)

Hours:

The Role Working as part of a busy and supportive workshop team, you will learn a range of panel repair techniques, from minor cosmetic repairs through to more advanced structural repairs and vehicle alignment work.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with the repair and replacement of vehicle body panels. Learning panel repair techniques to restore damaged vehicles. Supporting technicians with structural repairs, panel fitting, and vehicle reassembly. Using specialist tools and equipment under supervision. Maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship. Following all health and safety procedures. Keeping the workshop clean, organised, and efficient. Working collaboratively with colleagues across the site.
Developing technical knowledge through ongoing training and mentoring. The ideal candidate will have: A genuine interest in vehicle repair and the automotive sector. A positive, can-do attitude. A willingness to learn new skills and take on challenges. Strong attention to detail.

A willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive team culture. Previous experience is not essential, as full training will be provided.
