Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a Customer Success Manager, to work on a hybrid bases of office/home, to own and grow a portfolio of customers, ensuring they achieve meaningful outcomes using our analytics platform. You’ll drive onboarding, adoption, engagement, retention, and expansion, acting as the customer’s trusted advisor and internal champion.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a positive and seamless experience for clients.
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills for assessing performance data and delivering actionable insights.
- Expertise in Customer Retention and Relationship Building to foster long-term client partnerships and business growth.
- Experience in addressing customer concerns and implementing solutions to enhance trust and satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with both clients and internal teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI-powered solutions or analytics tools is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment, balancing on-site and remote responsibilities.
