Weighbridge​/HSEQ Site Support

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Weighbridge & Front of House Supervisor to join a busy and fast-paced operation. This is a diverse role offering the perfect balance of hands-on site involvement and office-based responsibilities.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 6:00pm. Saturday, 7:00am - 11.30am.

As a Weighbridge/HSEQ Site Support, you will be responsible for:

* Weighbridge Operation / Coordination Goods In - Tipping, Inspection, Reporting

* Quality Exception Reporting

* Weighbridge Operation / Coordination Goods Out - Containers, Tilter, Export Requirements, Waste, Bulk

* Photograph inbound and outbound loads as required (via RECY) / Fulfil export requirements

* Daily diary - all daily & weekly checks to be completed in line with requirements

* Adherence to HSE standards

* Adherence to PPE requirements

* Weekly odour and fly reporting

* Control of Fire Logbook including completion and testing (fire extinguisher/emergency lighting)

* Fire extinguishers - ensure all in situ - report discharged / damaged and control spares

* Site visitors / contractors – induction, sign in/out

* Production Reporting

* Batching Coordination

* Assay Completion & Reporting

* Knowledge of Tilter Operations & Maintenance Procedure

* New starter - onboarding & inductions of WB Team

* Staff Management re Timecards, Holiday, Illness, Rota, Return to Work, Disciplinaries, Training & Development (including SSOW, RA, COSHH & TBTs)

* Overview / Complete monthly first aid box checks

The ideal candidate has experience with:

* Previous experience within a weighbridge, recycling, waste, logistics or industrial environment.

* Strong organisational and administrative skills.

* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

* Experience supervising or leading a small team.

* A proactive approach to health, safety and compliance.

* The ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment
