Integrated People Solution Systems Administrator
.
This is a varied and rewarding role supporting the systems that underpin key services across Adults,Children'sand Education services. Working as part of a knowledgeable and supportive team, you will help ensure critical business systems remain reliable,effective and fit for purpose, while contributing to ongoing improvements and developments.
We areseekinga proactive and adaptable individual who enjoys problem solving, working withtechnologyand supporting customers. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of stakeholders, helping to deliver solutions that support both staff and residents across the borough.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the administration,maintenance and ongoing development of business-critical systems.
- Investigate and resolve system issues, working closely with users,colleague sand suppliers.
- Contribute to system upgrades,enhancements and service improvements.
- Build effective working relationships with stakeholders across the Council and partner organisations.
- Help ensure systems continue to meet business needs and support service delivery.
