W Talent is delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Operations Supervisor to join a busy logistics operation in Doncaster.

This is a great opportunity for an organised and hands‑on operational leader who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment and has the confidence to lead teams, manage resources and keep day‑to‑day operations running smoothly.

You’ll play a key role in supporting the wider management team, ensuring people, vehicles, facilities and operational processes are managed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

• Salary:
  Up to £29,000 per annum
• Shift: 4 on / 4 off, 06:00-18:00
• Contract:
  
  Full-time, permanent

• Leading and supporting teams throughout the shift.
• Monitoring driver performance and supporting improvement.
• Coordinating vehicle and trailer maintenance requirements.
• Completing daily depot, yard and operational checks.
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and employee training.
• Maintaining accurate personnel, operational and compliance records.
• Assisting with accident investigations and follow‑up actions.
• Completing daily risk assessments and escalating site issues.
• Supporting the management team with payroll and KPI reporting.
• Working closely with Fleet and Transport teams to resolve operational issues.
• Helping drive a safe, efficient and well‑organised operation.
