  Must have experience in a children’s residential setting
• Employment Type: Temporary (Maternity Cover – 9 Months, with potential for extension)

• ✅ Experience working in a children’s residential home setting, preferably supporting young people with Learning Disabilities
• ✅ A natural leader with strong team management and supervision experience
• ✅ An individual with knowledge of safeguarding and children’s home regulations
• ✅ Minimum Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
• ✅ Passionate about creating safe, therapeutic environments where children thrive
