Site Manager

Harron Homes is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our Yorkshire region, based on a residential development in Doncaster. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality homes for a respected and well-established house builder.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring homes are built safely, on programme, within budget, and to the high standards of quality of Harron Homes.

• Manage all site activities from start to completion
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
• Maintain build quality in line with specifications, NHBC, and building regulations
• Monitor progress against programme and resolve issues efficiently
• Prepare plots for inspections and oversee handovers

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential house building
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes and quality standards
• SMSTS
• CSCS Card
