Preparing accurate cost estimates for new build and refurbishment projects Conducting internal take-offs and BOQ production using Con Quest, Bluebeam, and On Sight software Coordinating and analysing subcontractor and supplier quotations Attending site visits, tender meetings, and handovers with pre-construction teams Assisting with Contractors Proposals and PQQ submissions The successful Estimator will need:
