The Role Delivering Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG
264 Completing asbestos-in-the-ground surveys where required Undertaking air monitoring, reassurance testing, and fibre counting Carrying out four-stage clearances Working across commercial, industrial, and public sector sites Producing accurate, compliant, and defensible reports Operating in line with HSG
248 and HSG
