Linear Recruitment is partnering with a new build housing developer in Doncaster to hire a Quantity Surveyor for their commercial team. The successful candidate will have experience on new build residential projects and handle cost control, value reporting, and subcontractor management.
You will be responsible for maintaining cash flow, delivering projects on time and within budget, and building strong client relationships.
