Construction Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Site Manager / Construction Manager to lead the civils delivery on a major energy infrastructure project in Doncaster.

Working for a respected civil engineering contractor delivering works on behalf of a Tier 1 contractor, you'll play a key leadership role, overseeing multiple work fronts and managing a team of 6–8 Site Supervisors to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality project delivery.

With additional schemes already secured, this role offers the opportunity to move straight onto future projects following successful delivery.

• Lead the delivery of all civils works across the project.
• Manage and support a team of 6–8 Site Supervisors.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors and interface with the wider project team.
• Drive programme, quality and HSE performance across all site activities.
• Report on progress and provide leadership throughout the construction phase.

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or Construction Manager.
• Strong civils background with experience in groundworks, drainage and ducting.
• Experience leading multiple site teams on major infrastructure or energy projects.
• SMSTS.
• Valid CSCS Card.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ideally based within commuting distance of Doncaster.
