Are you looking for work within the Stock Condition Surveying industry? Look no further!
1st Select are looking for an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor who would be able to carry out detailed inspections of houses and flats, both internally as well as externally. Our client is a leading Consultancy in the Stock Condition Surveying industry, that has won a large contract covering South Yorkshire and we are looking for 3 Stock Condition Surveyors to partake in this program.
Responsibilities/ Requirements
- Stock Condition Surveying Experience
- HHSRS Experience
- RDSAP Experience
- Gain more experience in the building surveying industry
- Flexible working hours
- * Payment outside of IR35*
This will be a 3-month contract with the possibility of leading on to additional work.
Salary: £200 – £250/day
