Overview
We’re proud to be real Living Wage accredited, with a pay rate of £12.60 and the opportunity for paid overtime during peak periods. This is a Full Time Fixed Term Contract from February until November 2026, with varying start and end dates possible between these months. Accommodation & meal packages are available (optional) at a generous rate with zero charge for bills or utilities.

RoleMake a difference as a Guest Support Assistant. Working with kids requires energy, confidence and effort; it’s rewarding and engaging, and you’ll be the first friendly face our visitors meet, providing a warm welcome and professional assistance at all times. You’ll be on hand to help our guests with any questions or problems during their adventure break.
Responsibilities- You’ll welcome guests, answer queries, and provide support throughout their stay.
- Some experience in a customer service role and competence with IT systems.
