OverviewAs a Service Colleague in our store team, you’ll be at the heart of the customer experience, serving customers and putting them at the center of everything. You will be part of a friendly, fast‑paced team where great service and teamwork are everything.
Responsibilities- Stock shelves
- Unpack deliveries
- Pick online orders
- Assist customers with service and product inquiries
- Customer‑focused: enjoy helping people and making their experience positive
- Team player: work well with others and support colleagues
- Reliable: show up ready to work and take pride in what you do
- Positive attitude: bring energy and enthusiasm to every shift
- Willing to learn: open to training and keen to build skills
- A friendly and helpful approach to customer service
