Our client is keen to recruit a Customer Services Executive to support the sales and operations teams in delivering world class service. This department is considered central to the success of the business and staff will have opportunities to develop their career and increase their salary in line with extra responsibilities.

Duties of the Customer Services Executive include:

Managing customer queries and processing orders quickly and effectively.
From time to time dealing with complaints from customers and courier issues.
Work with the sales team, supply chain, and warehouse in processing returns.
Resolving courier issues and managing deliveries.
General customer admin including recording notes in CRM system.
Supporting the account managers with all Customer Service queries.

Display a can-do attitude and a willingness to resolve problems quickly.
Previous customer driven experience is essential for the role.
Intermediate IT skills with intermediate MS Office Suite skills.
Communicate confidently and effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
Multitask and prioritizes your own activities daily.

Hours:

Monday
- Thursday 7.30 - 4.30 and Friday 7.30 - 4pm. 45 mins lunch break.

Owner/Driver essential in the role as semi-rural location and no public transport.
