About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join a successful and growing business based in Doncaster.

Working closely with the Sales, Operations and Warehouse teams, you'll play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience from order through to delivery. This is a varied position where no two days are the same, offering genuine opportunities to grow your skills and develop your career as the business continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities

Responding to customer enquiries via email, phone and webchat.

Processing orders accurately and efficiently, supporting the whole process through customer service ticket management, proactive order status updates and back-order support.

Managing delivery queries and working with courier partners to resolve issues.

Handling customer complaints professionally and finding effective solutions.

Coordinating returns in partnership with the Sales, Supply Chain and Warehouse teams.

Providing day-to-day customer service support to Account and Field Sales Managers.

Ensuring customers receive a consistently high level of service at every stage of their journey.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Has previous experience in customer service / customer support

Takes a positive, proactive approach to problem-solving

Communicates confidently with customers and colleagues at all levels

Is organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively

Has good IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office applications

Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 7.30am – 4.30pm, finishing at 4pm on Fridays

45-minute lunch break

Location

DN9, but due to the company's semi-rural location and limited public transport links, a driving licence and access to your own transport are essential.
