Are you fluent in Spanish or Portuguese and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service?

We are currently recruiting for a Spanish or Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Professional to join a growing and successful business based in Doncaster. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual who enjoys building relationships, resolving customer enquiries, and supporting international clients across European markets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Acting as the first point of contact for Spanish or Portuguese-speaking customers via telephone, email, and online communication channels.

* Managing customer enquiries, orders, and requests in a professional and timely manner.

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and key accounts.

* Processing customer orders and ensuring accurate information is maintained within company systems.

* Resolving customer complaints, issues, and queries efficiently.

* Liaising with internal departments including Sales, Logistics, Warehousing, and Finance to ensure a seamless customer experience.

* Providing product, pricing, and service information to customers.

* Updating CRM and internal systems with customer interactions and order information.

* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Skills & Experience Required:

* Fluent Spanish or Portuguese language skills (written and verbal) are essential.

* Strong English communication skills.

* Previous experience within Customer Service, Customer Support, Sales Support, Account Management, or Administration.

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

* Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.

* A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem solving.

* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.

* Experience using CRM or ERP systems would be advantageous.

* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
