Motor Claims Handler

As a Motor Claims Handler, you will guide customers through the claims process, offering reassurance, support, and clear communication at every stage. You will work across specialist departments dealing with FNOL, repairs, hire vehicles, and customer updates.

• Handle FNOL (First Notification of Loss) calls for new motor claims.
• Arrange vehicle repairs and hire cars for customers.
• Provide updates throughout the repair and claims process.
• Respond to enquiries, resolve concerns, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

• Strong customer service attitude with problem-solving skills.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised and detail-focused.
• Experience in claims, insurance, or customer service helpful but not required (training provided).
