Practice Manager – Carillon Dental Care, Loughborough

Colosseum Dental UK Ltd is opening a Practice Manager position at Carillon Dental Care in Loughborough.

This is a Practice Manager role leading a 7‑surgery mixed NHS and private practice with general dentistry, hygiene, implants, sedation, Clear Correct, complex endo and cosmetic services. The practice is equipped with a CBCT scanner and Trios Intraoral scanner, and you will oversee a team of 18 staff.

• Key input into budget preparation and setting, and managing the P&L.
• Developing individual business plans focusing on performance, delivery, KPIs and future growth.
• Building and sustaining close working relationships with clinicians, head office, regional teams, the NHS and external suppliers to deliver commercial and marketing initiatives.
• Proactively sharing successfully implemented ideas and best practice within the region.

You must be patient orientated with a focus on delivering “excellence” throughout the patient life cycle. A CQC registered manager with experience in the dental industry is highly desirable but not essential.
