Assistant / Junior Architectural Technician – Doncaster | Hybrid Working | £30,000 - £35,000 DOE

UPB is working on behalf of a small, well-established architectural practice based in Doncaster, seeking an Assistant / Junior Architectural Technician to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is looking for hands-on experience, close mentorship, and fast progression within a supportive studio environment.

You will work directly with the practice owner, gaining exposure across all project stages and learning how a successful architectural practice operates day-to-day. Over time, you will be supported to take ownership of your own projects, working with nationally recognised clients.

• Producing technical drawings and design information
• Assisting with planning and building regulation submissions
• Supporting project delivery across multiple stages
• Attending site and project meetings
• Coordinating with consultants and clients

• Relevant qualification in Architectural Technology, Architecture, or a related discipline
• Some experience in an architectural practice (placement, graduate, or junior level)
• Working knowledge of CAD software and Revit experience
• Keen to learn, proactive, and confident communicating with others
• Ambition to progress and take on responsibility

• Salary £30,000 - £35,000, dependent on experience
• Hybrid working with a mix of office, home, and project/site visits
