About the Role

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils' learning, delivering small group interventions, assisting with classroom routines, and helping to promote a positive and engaging learning environment.
These positions are ideal for experienced TAs looking for ongoing, flexible opportunities within Doncaster's supportive primary schools.

Key Responsibilities

Support teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2

* Deliver targeted interventions and small-group support

* Provide effective 1:1 assistance for pupils when needed

* Assist teachers with preparation of resources and classroom organisation

* Encourage positive behaviour, independence and engagement

* Contribute to a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment

Candidate Requirements

✔ Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
✔ At least 6 months' experience within a UK primary school
✔ Strong behaviour management and communication skills
✔ Ability to support a range of learners, including those with SEN
✔ Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
