About the Role

As a Primary NQT working on supply in Doncaster, you will teach across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 in a variety of supportive primary school settings. This role is ideal for newly qualified teachers who want to gain broad primary experience, develop strong classroom management skills, and build confidence without the immediate commitment of a permanent role.

You will receive support both in school and from your dedicated Academics consultant throughout all placements.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across the primary curriculum
Create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all pupils
Promote positive behaviour and pupil wellbeing
Assess, monitor, and record pupil progress
Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff
Follow safeguarding and school policies at all times

Candidate Requirements

✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✔ Newly qualified or currently completing ECT induction
✔ A positive, flexible, and enthusiastic approach to teaching
✔ Strong communication and classroom management skills
✔ Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
