HLTA / Teacher (Thursday Only) – Long-Term Opportunity

📍 Primary School – DN4 Area

We are seeking a dedicated and flexible HLTA / Teacher to join our friendly primary school on a long-term basis, working Thursdays only from January 2026 to July 2027.

This unique role combines HLTA responsibilities in the morning with teaching responsibilities in the afternoon, offering variety and the chance to work across multiple year groups.

Role Overview

Morning (HLTA role):

* Supporting learning in Years 4, 5 and 6

* Providing support within an EYFS RWI group (45 minutes)

Afternoon (Teaching role):

* Teaching Years 2 and 3 to provide PPA cover

What We’re Looking For

* Qualified HLTA or qualified teacher (QTS preferred)

* Confident working across EYFS, KS1 and KS2

* Flexible, adaptable and proactive in supporting pupils

* Strong classroom management and positive approach to learning
