Cover Supervisor

Are you a reliable and organised individual looking to support schools across Doncaster? A local school is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to manage classrooms, maintain learning, and support students while teaching staff are absent.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes, follow lesson plans, and help students stay on task. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain classroom experience and support teachers across a variety of subjects.

• Supervise classes in the absence of the teacher
• Follow lesson plans and maintain classroom engagement
• Support students’ behaviour and wellbeing
• Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour
• Adapt quickly to different subjects and year groups

• Experience working in schools or with children is desirable but not essential
• Strong communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
• Reliable, adaptable, and professional approach
• An up-to-date CV and enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or willingness to apply)
