Pay: £88.94 - £95 per day (paid via PAYE - no umbrella company fees)

About the Role

As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support learning, promote positive behaviour and help pupils access the curriculum.

You will support pupils in small groups, 1:1 where needed, and contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment across Doncaster schools.

Key Responsibilities

Support teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2

* Provide small group and 1:1 support when required

* Assist in the preparation of learning materials and classroom activities

* Promote positive behaviour and encourage pupil participation

* Support pupils with additional needs where appropriate

* Help maintain a safe, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment

* Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff

Candidate Requirements

✔ Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
✔ Previous experience working in a primary school setting
✔ A positive, patient and proactive approach
✔ Confident supporting pupils of varying abilities
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✔ Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
