We are seeking reliable, confident, and motivated Cover Supervisors to join our team and work across our partnership secondary schools in Doncaster.

This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, teaching assistants, or individuals with experience in youth work, coaching, or education who are looking to gain valuable school experience — all while enjoying the benefits of PAYE employment.

The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans in the absence of the class teacher.
Maintain a positive and focused classroom environment.
Manage student behaviour effectively, following school policies.
Support students in staying on task and completing set work.
Build positive relationships with students and school staff.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Experience working with young people (in education, sports, or community settings
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
The ability to remain calm, confident, and professional.
A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
