Join to apply for the Teaching Assistant - Field Gate School role at Five Rivers in Doncaster.
We are looking for Teaching Assistants to join our school in Doncaster. You will work with an experienced team in a culture where children are respected, listened to, and involved in as many decisions as possible.
You will work within a Trauma-informed practice model and support a therapeutic practice. As a TA, your day will be varied and interesting. You will support our teachers by assisting in the classrooms and the community for children who cannot attend school. You will follow a flexible structure and support our children and young people to unlock their passion for learning.
Our leadership team will invest in your professional development in the Education sector, sourcing and delivering up-to-date training opportunities and prioritising your personal development goals to ensure you get the most out of your career.
Our young people may have had many adults come in and out of their lives, often adding to their trauma. Therefore, we seek dedicated people who want to continue their careers with a therapeutically based organisation and leading alternative education provision.
HoursTerm Time:
This aligns with the local authority.
Full-time hours are 37.5 hours per week. The role is full-time, over five days per week.
