We have an exciting opportunity for a casual or Part Time Swim School Coordinator to join our Swim team who all aim to provide exceptional service to everyone who enters our Club.

Be part of the team teaching pre‑school children through to adults on learning how to swim. This role offers approximately 20 hours a week and will require you to lead a team of instructors, continue to build the existing program while managing administration duties. The role is member focused and will require you to be exceptionally skilled at liaising with parents and their children.

• Leading, motivating and monitoring a team of swim instructors
• Instructing classes on how to swim for varying age groups
• Some administrative duties
• Liaising with parents of children
• Administration & payroll for Swim School

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Swim Instructor qualification
• Police Check
• Senior First Aid
• CPR certificate

• Flexible hours and days are required for this role
• Must have a valid Work with Children Check
