Pay Rate: £155 – £220 per day (depending on experience)

Are you a passionate and dedicated Religious Education Teacher ready to inspire students and encourage deep reflection on spiritual, ethical, and philosophical issues?

GSL Education are seeking an enthusiastic RE Teacher to join a dynamic school in Tickhill, DN11. As an RE Teacher, you will foster a supportive and engaging environment that encourages students to explore and appreciate diverse religious and philosophical perspectives.

Responsibilities as an RE Teacher:

• Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging RE lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Encourage critical thinking and thoughtful discussions on religious and ethical topics.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing timely feedback to support development.
• Work collaboratively with staff to develop engaging curriculum content.
• Support students’ personal, social, and spiritual development.

Requirements for RE Teacher:

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
• Strong subject knowledge and experience teaching RE.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• A valid, enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
• A CV covering the last 10 years of employment history, with any gaps clearly explained.
