Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging music lessons tailored to students’ age and skill levels
- Develop customised curricula that incorporate various musical genres, techniques, and instruments
- Assess students’ progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their development
- Organise performances, recitals, and group activities to showcase students’ talents
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages creativity, participation, and enjoyment of music
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and lesson plans
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall quality of the music programme
- Stay informed about current trends in music education and incorporate innovative teaching methods
- Proven experience teaching music in a classroom or private setting is desirable
- Proficiency in multiple instruments or vocal training is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to develop engaging lesson plans
- Excellent communication skills to motivate and connect with students of diverse backgrounds
- A recognised qualification in Music Education or related field is preferred but not essential for entry-level candidates seeking internship opportunities
