We’re working with a friendly, inclusive secondary school looking for a female Early Career Teacher of PE to join their department. The team is supportive, the pupils are enthusiastic, and the school genuinely understands what ECTs need to succeed, not sink.

• Teaching PE across KS3 and KS4, with well-structured schemes of work in place

• Delivering engaging, inclusive lessons that encourage participation and confidence

• Being guided and supported through your ECT journey with mentoring that actually helps

• A clear and supportive ECT induction programme

• A qualified PE teacher or ECT with UK QTS (or on track to achieve it)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
