GSL Education are seeking a dedicated PE Teacher to join a vibrant school in Tickhill, DN11. This role offers the chance to inspire pupils across Key Stages through engaging lessons in physical education, encouraging participation and fostering a lifelong love for sport and activity.

Responsibilities as a PE Teacher:

• Plan and deliver a broad range of PE lessons that develop fitness, skills, and teamwork.
• Organise and oversee extracurricular sports clubs, competitions, and events.
• Motivate students to achieve their personal best in both practical and theoretical aspects of PE.
• Promote a healthy, active lifestyle within the school community.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all activities.

Requirements for PE Teacher:

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of PE curriculum and sports coaching techniques is desirable.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Passion for encouraging students of all abilities to enjoy physical activity.
• An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
• A full, up-to-date CV with explanations for any gaps in employment in the last 10 years.
