The Role:

As a Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
️ Support students with SEN, boosting their confidence and engagement.
️ Work alongside educators to tailor EHCPs and Behaviour Plans to individual needs.
️ Foster strong, positive relationships that encourage learning and trust.
️ Create an inclusive environment that nurtures independence.
️ Assist teachers in delivering engaging, accessible lessons.
