Position: Cover Supervisor
Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire
Contract: Temporary, flexible ongoing positions
Pay: £100 - £130 per day (paid via PAYE - no umbrella fees)
Start Date: ASAP or from a start date that suits you

About the Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons to classes across KS3 and KS4. You will maintain a positive learning environment, ensure pupils remain on task, and provide support where needed.
This is an excellent route into teaching for graduates seeking classroom experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-set work to secondary school classes
  
  * Manage behaviour in line with school policies
  
  * Promote a positive and focused learning environment
  
  * Support pupils with their learning where appropriate
  
  * Provide feedback to teaching staff after lessons

Candidate Requirements

✔ Degree or relevant higher-level qualification (essential)
✔ Experience working with young people (schools, tutoring, coaching, youth work, etc.)
✔ Strong communication and organisational skills
✔ Confident classroom presence
✔ Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
