Temp-to-perm (12 weeks through agency, then direct contract with the school for the right candidate)

Role Overview :
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS/SEND Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Doncaster. This role involves providing EYFS and SEND support, primarily on a one-to-one basis, while also delivering high-quality in-class and group support to children.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support children with EYFS and SEND needs in both one-to-one and group settings

* Assist with classroom activities to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment

* Work closely with teachers and support staff to implement individual education plans

Candidate Requirements:

* Recent EYFS or SEND experience

* Experience working with children with additional needs

* In-date enhanced DBS or willingness to have one ordered ASAP to ensure it is back in time

* Passionate about supporting children’s learning and development
