Salary: Up to £220 per day (depending on experience)

GSL Education are currently recruiting a History Teacher to work across secondary schools in Doncaster
. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced teachers or confident subject specialists who enjoy making history engaging and supporting student progress.

As a History Teacher, you’ll deliver lessons that bring the past to life, help students develop critical thinking, and support them in achieving strong outcomes. You’ll foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and engagement.

• Plan and deliver History lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Assess, track, and support student progress
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively
• Support pupils with targeted interventions and exam preparation
• Work collaboratively with department staff

• Qualified teacher or strong subject specialist in History (QTS preferred)
• Experience teaching History at secondary level
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Confident, organised, and adaptable approach
• An enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or willingness to apply)

• Daily pay up to £220
• Flexible roles to suit your availability
