Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and inclusive teaching across a range of Nail and Beauty Therapy courses.
- Act as a course tutor, providing pastoral support and monitoring student attendance, progress, and behaviour.
- Develop lesson plans, schemes of work, and assessment materials in line with quality assurance requirements.
- Use innovative teaching strategies and digital learning tools to enhance the student experience.
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, progress, e-registers and eILPs.
- Promote safeguarding, equality, diversity, and British Values throughout all teaching and support activities.
- Engage in curriculum development, team meetings, marketing events and student recruitment activities.
- Relevant Nails and Beauty industry qualification or equivalent.
- Recognised teaching qualification, or willingness to work towards one.
- Strong subject knowledge with the ability to deliver high-quality teaching across Nail Technology.
- Experience embedding English and maths within lessons.
- Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills.

You will play a key role in ensuring learners receive an excellent educational experience, supporting their progression into employment or further study. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly, supportive team within a thriving department.
This is a part‑time position for 29-30 hours per week, worked over four days. We are open to offering flexibility, which can be discussed with the manager during interview. Actual Salary: £27,600.64- £34,935.60 per annum (29 hours) and £28,552.39- £36,140.28 per annum (30 hours)
Working pattern:
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday - 08.30 - 17.00 and Wednesday 10:30 to 19:00
This is subject to business needs and could change, there may be another late evening, this can be discussed, Competitive salary
