About the Role

As an Early Years Supply Teacher in Doncaster, you will deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons within Nursery and Reception settings. You will play a key role in supporting children aged 3-5 as they develop essential early learning skills, confidence and independence within a safe and nurturing environment.

To work within Nursery or Preschool settings, Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) is typically required.

To teach Reception within a primary school, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.

Key Responsibilities

• As an Early Years Supply Teacher you will deliver engaging, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework Support children's social, emotional and communication development Monitor and record progress using EYFS assessment methods Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment Work collaboratively with Early Years staff and parents Follow safeguarding and welfare policies at all times

Candidate Requirements

• EYTS or QTS (Early Years specialism desirable) Recent experience within Nursery or Reception settings Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum Caring, patient and enthusiastic approach Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
