Are you confident managing a classroom and ensuring students stay on track with their learning? A well-supported school in Doncaster is seeking a dependable Cover Supervisor to step in and maintain continuity during teacher absences.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering pre-set lessons and maintaining a productive classroom environment. You will ensure students remain focused, follow instructions and complete their work, while managing behaviour in line with school policies.

• Deliver pre-prepared lesson content across a range of subjects
• Maintain strong classroom management and uphold behaviour standards
• Ensure students stay engaged and complete assigned tasks
• Provide basic support and guidance during lessons
• Record and report on student behaviour and lesson progress
• Promote a safe and respectful learning environment

• Previous experience working with young people is desirable
• Confident communication and classroom presence
• Ability to manage behaviour effectively and remain calm under pressure
• Flexible and adaptable approach to different subjects and settings
• A genuine interest in supporting students in education
• Have the right to work in the UK
• Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years
• Have a DBS registered to the update service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education
